Quality means for Pietro Isnardi Alimentari S.p.A. goodness and reliability of the products above all.

The principle of the Isnardi family has always been based on the search and selection of the best raw materials so as to provide our customers with products that meet their expectations.

Over the years the meaning of the word "quality" has taken on a deeper meaning: new technologically advanced production processes have been developed, monitoring systems have been implemented throughout the whole production chain, manuals for a good hygiene practice have been drawn up.

The staff undergoes continuous training, in order to improve their professionalism and expertise, suppliers are annually monitored, in accordance with modern methods, all the raw materials are carefully checked when entering the company, the customer complaints are managed in real time and the assistance which may be necessary is implemented in the shortest time possible.

Det Norske Veritas The HACCP self-control plan has been drawn up taking into account the whole production chain, starting from the qualification of suppliers until the after-sale assistance to all the customers, that through the free toll number can contact our company for any issue, totally free of charge.

The attainment, in 2003, of the ISO 9001:2000 Certification represented the natural consequence of everything that was already being implemented within Pietro Isnardi Alimentari S.p.A..
In 2007 the transition to DNV (Det Norske Veritas)-the prestigious international body-emphasized the importance and prominence of the corporate efforts to meet the customers’ requirements, even the not expressly required ones (CERT-18290-2007-AQ-MIL-SINCERT).
