Without neglecting oil production, he implement a strategy aimed at differentiating products and creating a market niche by selling high-quality Olive Oil only, mainly through the mail-order system.
In Oneglia, the company Pietro Isnardi started gaining the market thanks to its genuine product. Very few people working very hard, with enthusiasm and dedication. This approach has been implemented over the years, step by step, working silently and constantly for a better future.
During those years Imperia was considered the World Capital of oil: the port and railway yard of that small provincial town were the origin of approximately 30% of the Italian oil production being exported worldwide.
